ROCK ON!
I thought that was going to be The A-Team theme at first, then it wasn't *disappointed*
But the pink moon boots help make up for it, a little.

Re: Zeta's Roto-casting machine build
A major problem with the caster machine. :frak:
The belt is too soft and stretchy, the inner frame spins erratically. Often slowing down, or stopping briefly, And when it does take off, it jerks.
Conclusion... The round belt don't work. Will need to upgrade to a tighter system, such as gears and toothed belt.

Re: Zeta's Roto-casting machine build
Yep we tested the machine with two diff materials, and 2 diff mold positions, the goop built up in one area each time and was too thin in others. The rounded belt is too smooth to rotate evenly and speed seems to be a factor 4rpm takes a bit of practice. The belts seems to have almost no resistence and stretches easily around the pulley.
http://leopoldgarrity.deviantart.com/ most of my photoshop and mecha related materials! I like to write and so on. Also, bacon is the greatest food ever.
