I have recently built the Bazooka Joe Cylon paper-craft Backpack and Neck. I am lucky enough to have an Officeworks store around the corner from me from which I was able to get all my printing done on the reverse of the silver card paper without the hassle of jamming my printer with the card. I found double sided-tape to be the most convenient part of the build. I had made an error by using rubber hoses on the backpack which were to thick- they ended up lifting the hose panel from the backpack.
