Look at these complicated pieces and marvel at the genius of BazookaJo!
I couldn't get these parts to glue cleanly to the eye opening. Part of the issue was figuring out how to get my hands in the right place to apply pressure.
I also misaligned the part with the edge of the opening. Had to trim up the overlap with the xacto knife to get rid of the extra.

The curves behind the front cap were a little tricky to get right. I think I got it right - haha.
Compared to the helmet, the neckpiece is cake.

NOTE ON THE BACKPACK:
This is where I figured out the mirror image issue. If you build this with the printing on the outside of the piece, you'll make a mirror image of the intended piece.

Another mistake here, that I never figured out. Somehow the backpack and the neckpiece were different widths. No clue where I made the mistake, but I had to cut the neckpiece apart in the back and add an extra strip to widen it to match the backpack.
Wish I could give you more guidance here, but I really couldn't figure out where I'd made the mistake.

STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND PUT EVERYTHING ON!
Walk around the house and ask your pets where the humans are hiding.
If you have an SO or children, they'll now start to wonder where it all went wrong...

The chest piece has a lot of curves. Again, take your time to be sure all the guidelines line up correctly.
Also note how C2a/C2b/C2c glue on top of each other.

I had the most trouble with alignment when working on this piece. You can see a lot of little gaps in the corners. I also glued the notch in the center above the grill in the wrong order, so there's an errant flap on top instead of underneath where it belongs.
B3c and its counterpart on the other side are where you'll mount the ends of a belt to hold the bottom of the chestpiece in place.
I still don't know the purpose of B5/C5, unless it's to cover up the gap underneath between the bottom of the grill and the sides? That seems to be what it's doing, anyway.

Really messed up the folds on this grill. I should have made sure the folds were exactly right before starting to glue them down. I thought I could refine the folds as I went. I was wrong...

Arm bands are easy!
Shoulder bells are pretty easy, as long as you watch your alignment as you glue piece together. I forgot to take a pic of the finished bells...sorry about that!
Buckles are easy as well, there's just a lot of them I did get a few out of square, so watch the corner alignment as you glue them. Hard to get your fingers in there to hold them down as they set.

Again - note that my gauntlets are mirrored from how they should look. Put your printing on the inside if you want it accurate.

One of my favorite pieces to build. Lots of variety in a small piece.
Note that I tried on the gauntlet and got it stuck. Had to cut a notch in the cuff to get my hand out
Also, I did not assemble the nozzle. I'm hoping to find a suitable substitute using some kind of modified plastic bottle cap.

Here's my solution for the boot toppers.
I made 2 more arm bands, and modified the buckle template to create a "block" with flaps on each side. Definitely not screen accurate, but a suitable substitute for build 1.0.
