Looking great.

And you got it right from the start - per my motto:
:CK:

Wonderful images and info to help future Cylon makers - thank you for sharing it!
Haha - thanks! I couldn't find a detailed step-by-step post when I started my build, so I did my best to document as I moved along.

I wet sanded all the armor yesterday, so my elbows were a little cranky this morning. These old Centurian joints don't move like they used to

Seemed like a good time to throw my pictures into a post.

Hello RAM_Doubler!
Are you a go for KC Comic Con? I'll be there in the chrome on Sunday. My bestest Cylon Handeler in the world will once again be going with me ensure no humans are harmed (too much) and I don't fall down. ;)

Hey Cylon-Knight - I'll be there on Saturday! Still working through a (really long) punch list, but I'm getting close. Not a lot of time to update my build posts in the last week, but I'm getting there. Had to punt on anything close to an accurate undersuit, but will mod the coveralls I bought with some vinyl patches.

Really appreciate the advice on how to attend the con. The wife will be coming along as a handler. Between your post and the first time I suited up completely, it became really clear that navigating and interacting was going to be really challenging.

I've burned up a lot of PTO at work to get done in time, but it's been worth it. Taking my daughter and her friends to the con as well, so it should be a good time for the entire family.

Sorry I won't get to see you there - will you be posting pics again this year?

Oh yeah... PHOTOS! :)
Looking forward to seeing your photos too.

Good to hear your going to make it in costume. Another Centurion on duty will keep our city in check

I made it! :!:

Posting some pics of the con, and wrapping up my notes on the remaining parts of the build. Did you make it on Sunday?

This is awesome, you really detailed this very well, if only I had this as a guide before I started.
Lots of fun...
