I use Elmer's school glue ( I have a 6yr old so I have lots)
I am also using Elmer's Glue. I usually do 1 tab at a time on the curves and 2 on the straighter sections.

Jeffrey1773 - SO NICE!
You are moving along too. Awesome.

What are you using for the build? White cardstock? Poster board?

I haven't forgotten about posting updates. I haven't had any time to do any more work on the helmet, life is getting in the way. I plan on working on it some more this weekend, so look for updates then. :cylongold:

I got the other side glued on. It is a little off, but I don't think too much that I couldn't fix later with bondo and sanding.

I wouldn't worry to much about being off, I was able to correct a 5mm mistake, but that is a huge (to me, anyway) mistake. Many of my projects have many 2-3mm miss-alignments, but where corrected ether in card-stock, as I found them, or in bondo.

still looking good

Way to cool, I want to build one of these Cylon heads to display next to my future Viper helmet.
