Re: Weapon
No Cylon pistols in Battlestar Galactica (1978) - only rifles and swords.
In Galactica 1980 (one episode), they did have pistols.
Here is what they look like, etc. etc.

The pistols look great, I think they were used in more than one episode though,Cylon-Knight wrote: ↑Sun Jul 16, 2017 10:15 pmNo Cylon pistols in Battlestar Galactica (1978) - only rifles and swords.

Re: Weapon
The pistol was also used by Centuri in both parts of the "The Night the Cylons landed".

Awesome! So it wasn't a one-hit-wonder. Too bad the Centurions didn't feature more in G1980.

Re: Weapon
Remember the device used by Wilma Deering in the "Buck Rogers" episode "The Plot to kill a City" to spy on the Legion of Death?
It wasn't more than a repurposed Cylon pistol.
The same device was used again in "Olympiad" as some kind of analyzers for the athletes and was also featured in later episodes to be carried around by some background launch crew members in the Starfighter hangar.
