:frack: I wondered if the velcro went on the inside, it would make more sense. Thanks for the picture reference.

BTW.....who sells a better backpack/toilet seat part? The size of this thing is so far off.

I got mine from C.O.R.A (member here on the forum).
Still a one-size-fits-most item you might alter a bit, but more accurate to 1978 setup.
