Finally got some time off.

Unboxed the armour today all trimmed and ready to assemble.

secondly these also arrived this morning..

I Know these aren't the original but they are dam close. The right glove needs some work so am taking them to a leather guy to get repaired. Then I get to convert them.

The gloves look good. They were not all the same either. I personally think the slight bend in the fingers makes it more believable as a robot than the straight fingers.

Question Guys,

Looking at detailed images of the rear of the back pack am I correct in saying once its assembled they used chrome tape around the edges to conceal the seams?

You will also see tape on the sword scabard to hide the seams as well.
