Good price. Was it sold to a member here?

Re: Battery belt for sale
Hi
You might have been correct if the seller was a man of his word. I did make an offer on the item for $450 via email and he accepted the offer in writing. I then went into ebay and made the same offer fully expecting the seller to honor his commitment (after all, he said in writing that he would and he requested that I go into ebay and do it) but he accepted another offer for the $460. I suspect that he used my offer as leverage to get more $$$ from the other party. I will be filling a complaint against the seller on ebay next week.
If the buyer is a forum member, he should be very careful with this one. I would not send him cash, a cheque or a money order thats for sure and I would get a tracking number. I would not trust him.
Thanks
Larry

Re: Battery belt for sale
Larry sorry to hear about the deal falling apart, and he isn't a member here at all. Cylon's aren't his deal. He is more into Horror movies per the contact I had with him about 3 years ago. He was kind of full of himself then, and seems like still not a very worthy person to deal with. Yes I would follow up with eBay and file the complaint.
