Also started distressing of the armour. For this I used flat black spray paint, a rag with acetone. spray a little black and quickly wipe off with the rag using little press to get streaks, using the acetone allows you longer working times. I may add more grime effect later as I get more of the armour done.

So you'll get a battle damaged Command Centurion soon... nice idea!

The Arm Armors looks great. Love those stickers ;)
You can put the armor in your pink grocery cart can go to a con now! Lolz

Love the battle damage on the chest and the insignia is rockin. Your Command Centurion is going to be COOOOOL!!!

P.S. You get a Command Centurion Gold star for the most original use of a Polly Pocket toy too.

Little update..

Been working on leg armour, boots, and battery belt.
Still need to make the vinyl stuff for the belt.

Anyone interested in me doing a budget battery belt tutorial?
My battery belt is not 1:1 accurate but will pass.

The bracket is just a 1 inch wide strip of aluminum. I'll take a look at the sword when I get home.

I have been working on my budget battery belt project and I am making progress.

I need to know what the spacing is between the cell blocks on a 7 cell belt. I am thinking 1/4" (5mm)????

thanks
