Right between the eyes

OK a while back ago I mentioned that the little stick piece with arrow tip looked like a skewer from like used at a bar for olives could be used. Well here is a photo of the skewer I picked up yesterday.

yeah to me it looks like the handle portion of the "sword" style for olives for a martini ;)
-At what age should you tell a highway that it is adopted?
