Do you think Blood and Chrome will last beyond ONE show/mini series?

I have no idea if it is supposed to be a show, or just a micro mini series event. I am posting this link up before I read the link so it might answer the question for me.

Perhaps it provides the opportunity to see some REAL Classic Centurions...

That's part of the issue that has messed up Caprica... nobody knows what they are doing at SyFy! It might be "web-epiosdes" -or- a TV Movie (backdoor pilot to a series) -or- a Mini Series... OR IT MAY WIND UP A COLORING BOOK!?!?! WHO KNOWS it changes every 10 minutes - twice!!! I have little faith in whatever they do make of it.

I would hands down say, no to that. They will use CGI "classic" cylons like in Caprica, and nuBSG's later shows and Razor TV Movie. The "guy-in-a-suit" like us is gone except for Gary the Cylon's new live action vids

Based upon what happened to Caprica. Id have to say no

id probably say unless it was well marketed it wouldnt last beyond the pilot episode

I think the key will be finding the right balance between the action and the character development which will be 100% dependent upon budget. I can suffer through the numerous episodes on character (and other melodrama) if I know that there will be some action along the way. I hold out hope, but fear for the worse!!!!

I've read that they are going to re-use some actors from nuBSG for this... as new characters!? "Starbuck" and "Apollo" will be in B&C maybe as new characters... that is really going to hurt the show. They need to spend more time on the story like you said LarryDale - and find other actors too. Using the same ones as new characters will really hurt the show.

At this point im convinced that if SYFY is involved its doomed from the start. I hope they prove me wrong but hey they got the wrestling format right so far yes?
