That suit has been up a few months, and if I recall he bought for about $2500, so a nice firm profit in his pocket.

Well Nothing wrong with making a profit, it just looks like the amount of profit is interfering with his sale!

I would say that most people in the market for this kind of stuff are pretty savvy about pricing so if you price it to high your just going to price yourself out of the market.

Although he does have a "Make Offer" option so maybe he's not so firm on the price.

I understand profit, but when you over price it like that is seller trying to get lucky or just showing it off.

Well if I recall he bought it for 2500. He out bid me on it by 50 about 3 years ago. That was its worth then and prop prices are down since then and not up let alone that much.
