The passing of Glen A. Larson

Post by GoldCylon » Sat Nov 15, 2014 10:21 am

Today I woke to read the sad news of the passing of Glen Larson. The father creator of many great TV shows and a great father. Godspeed Glen A Larson. You will be missed.

 Sad, shocking news.

Showbiz lost another great talent... Glad Glen will be forever remembered with the amazing body of work he left us all to enjoy.

I'm so happy you got to meet Glen, Dale. It is awesome you got be his personal Centurion and help him rekindle his passion for Battlestar. Happy to know he got to see firsthand that a new generation was interested in HIS timeless tale of the original Battlestar Galactica - and his other shows.

Beautiful tribute to Mr. Larson. I am saddened and yet have a great deal of gratitude for what he has given us. He's given us so much inspiration and so many great memories in the shows we watched while growing up. May his legacy never be forgotten and live on in the hearts of all of us who hold these shows and his incredible talent dear to our memories.

It is forums and communities such as this one that bring people together, people that would never have met. And Mr. Larson, through his shows, gave us all inspiration to make these communities happen.

Very well said, Raven.

AMEN to that!
