I feel the same wait and see but it is the best news I have heard in a while. Also take note DeSanto wasn't mentioned at all.

Some of the rumors blowing around the internet have this project going in one of two possible directions:

A third "reimagining" of the franchise, taking it in a different direction from both TOS and NuBSG
I vehicle to somehow "merge" the TOS and NuBSG universes to make them one in the same at different periods of time.

I'm kind of partial to the second option myself (I've always been a sucker for cross-over stories), but I'll probably watch damn near anything they put in front of me at this point. I miss BSG of any flavor.

Nice things about rumors they are that, but still they are something to sink our teeth into to help the imagination juices flow on the possibilities pf what could happen. Love the update.

Question is: What would you like to see? Where would you like the story to go?

Personally, I would like to see a conclusion to the Larsen story -- where are the characters at after 33 years. Bring back Hatch, Benedict, Sprang, Rush, etc. And most importantly -- cylons as they were meant to be!!!!
