Cylon eye sound heard in Anjulie's song "Brand new Chick"

Singer Anjulie has a song titled "Brand New Chick" and at different points in the song the cylon eye sound is used in the background. 20 seconds in you can hear it in the background and it repeats. You can hear it again at the 1:23 mark and it repeats twice. Give it a listen and tell me if I am crazy or not.

I hear a slight bit of slowed down eye scanner sound.

It sounds similar, but I'm not entirely convinced it was sampled from the Cylon sound. There's certainly no artistic reason I can think of to allude to the Cylons.
