Leonard Nimoy, - Best known as Mr. Spock, the logical half human-half vulcan and the first officer of the Starship Enterprise in
STAR TREK TOS died on Friday morning at his home in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles. He was 83.

I was stunned and saddened by the news. I was having breakfast, when a friend and fellow collector contacted me about Leonard Nimoy death.

Fond memories of Mr. Spock ... Wow, days gone by but not forgotten.

I hope everyone will remember this fine actor and what he gave to fans and the Star Trek franchise....

The world has lost another great actor.

I am sad to see that Nimoy is gone, but not all surprised when he was hospitalized about 1 week earlier. We here at By Your Command salute you Mr Spock.

This was devastating news. I could hardly work the rest of that day. But his life was rather long and he meant a lot to a lot of people, so that's not a bad thing.
