SO SAY WE ALL!
Starbuck you said it... AWESOME... all of the characters - all of the topics all so awesome!

I admit, I thought that the last few episodes were all sort of ho-hum... but they were how they should be. I realized the characters have to be living breathing people - not just zap zap zap all the time. I like the way it turned out - even though it is so sad for some.

P.S. Along with the classic Centurions fighting did anyone notice some other classic nods in Daybreak part II? ...

-Near the beginning in the establishing shots of the city on Caprica - there is a skyscraper in the pentagon shape of the old school Cylon logo.

-Near the end - classic BSG theme as the fleet flew away.

-Near the end - flashback when Baltar says that he has to be careful letting Six into the defense main-frame, he says he may get his head cut off (how classic Baltar got his in the original pilot movie).
"All Baseships are now in range to attack the Colonies."

Nice catches. I noticed the pentagon and the classic Battlestar music as well.
I also noticed that the classic centurions seemed to be tougher than the new ones in the fire fights.

I thought it was the perfect ending. It was great, and I have to say a show that will be missed. I hope "The Plan" works, and it can feed the craving we all have for the Galactica.
