They have an extended PDF catalog now with high resolution images of the filming miniatures - URL is https://profilesinhistory.com/auctions/ ... ollection/
So amazing to see all those ships in one place and the photographs show that they are in really excellent condition.
So sad to think this collection is going to be broken up and scattered to the four winds. Hopefully the new owners will treat them all with the care and respect they deserve. They are all valuable pieces of cinematic history.

I may appear unoccupied to you, but at the molecular level, I'm really quite busy.

Re: Profiles in History Hollywood Auction 89
The collection is being sold as one lot. They might not be broken up.
Hopefully the new owner does not sell off individual ships post auction... it would be nice if they were put into a museum.
But, it is quite possible, the Galactica well lead her rag-tag fleet for the last time to the auction block - to be scattered.
It's only fitting a Basestar will be at the auction as well, in pursuit of the fleet... We'll get you --- GALACTICA!!!

Re: Profiles in History Hollywood Auction 89
In December 2016 I was seeking out prospective (qualified) buyers. The two of the 3 contacted both have museum connections. One was outright not in our budget even though a dollar amount has never mentioned. The seconded prospective buyer I was in almost daily contact with for 3 weeks. As I thought we were breaking ground they pulled out. Red-Eye is correct the entire collection is being sold off in a single lot unit.

The main target of the Cylon Empire.
Very cool, though.
