do any of the bog cylons still exist?.

As far as I know all of them do. They were removed when the show closed and taken to AVG the animatronic company that made the show creature props to remove the components they installed then were returned to Uni and sold off. One was on Profiles about 8 years ago. Over priced and didn't sell. It was just the fiberglass shell of the Cylon.

The non robotic items were tossed into the trash. Items like the leader were just a simple shell of a Leader in a turnstile that was retrieved then tossed I bet.

Bummer to hear that.

They tossed the only Leader who might have stand a chance against the ravages of time... just think of how the original mask looks today!

Most everything went into the trash. The big fire took place just months before that, and a big sweep was taking place. They were gearing up for the theme park, and the BTTF Ride. If they couldn't sell it they tossed it. Was it worth handling 10-15 more times to sell it or toss it. Toss it was the way to go for the tax write off.

So... We have to build a new one.

Awesome! But I think the white is a bit eweee. Classic Cylon gray would fit in with the Raider, Basestar, Tanker ships. Oh what fun would it be for Andrew Probert to juice up the Cylon Empire with a tweaked tank design?!

The BOG tank is BIG, even for a little thing... Wow. Lights in with the smoke in the canon rock.

I like the original paint job more than the repainted version in the early 90's...

This was only white in the photo because of a flash, and the onset crew had yet to dirty it up. You have to make it new before you make it old, and AVG did their job then once it arrived on set Uni took over and battle damaged it up, and gave it some road grime for a authentic looking battle buggy. :frak:
