I got this from the web site Geekologie.com
This is an ultra-realistic bust of Grand Moff Tarkin from the first Star Wars movie lovingly creepycrafted by effects artist/sculptor Jordu Schell

Jordu is amazing. I have always loved his stuff.
If "they" say it can't be done, it just means "they" cant do it.

The first time I seen him work was just last night on a new show called Monster Makers on the Travel Channel.

He was sculpting a gigantic demon head for a haunted house display and that was pretty amazing as well.

He is working with Ed Edmunds from Greeley Colorado at Distortions unlimited.

They totaly destroyed his sculpt during casting and managed to salvage some of it. the final cast was ok and worked for what they wanted but did not look like Jordu's original.

Here is something cool a short video of Jordu at his studio

A little long for the responce but I agree not only better than a life cast but Cushing has been dead for years so it ain't like he could cast Cushings face and go from there!....Very talented man.....Almost as Talented as our Friend Skullbeast!
