Probert Class Transport

Post by 137th Gebirg » Sat Jun 20, 2015 7:49 pm

These are a series of photos of the original Probert Class Transport filming miniature. It was called this due to its construction by long-time artist and model maker Andrew Probert. It is also referred to as the "Delta Ship" in the RTF.

Was as good of a name as any that I could come up with.

I call it the "Triangle Ship" but Probert Class Transport sounds great, too.

I wonder when these photos were taken? I saw the original last year a few hours before Glen's funeral, and it had broken, and missing pieces. It was very minor damage, but still easy to see.

They were photos of the original taken a while back, but I noticed the breaks and did some Photoshop work on it to make it look a little more symmetrical and get it back closer to its original look. You'll find the pieces on either ends of the wings to be the biggest give-away. They're identical and flipped horizontally from each other. I think I duplicated the engine nozzles too, but I can't remember specifically. I did this a while ago.
