Unknown RTF Support Vessel

These are a series of photos of an original support vessel filming miniature found in the Rag Tag Fleet. This model was later re-purposed to become the positively bad-@$$ Eastern Alliance Destroyer (which I dubbed the "Stasi Class") in the "Terran Arc" of TOS.

I am not sure why, and I need to go dig the pictures up but a single close up photo of the nose is in my hands from the guys over at A_V_G. The animatronics company that built most of the "Battle of Galactica" tram ride at Universal Studios. I guess they had a walk into one of the locations when this ship was being used. They have no idea what it even was till I mention to them what it was. They didn't recall seeing any production work at all, except the actors walking around the studio in costume now and then.
