Oh wow the US $$$ is getting stronger. I always in the past just double the Euro to equal the American dollar. Not a bad deal at that rate exchange.

I received my copy in early January 2014 and watched it through twice. I have watched the extras with the forced German subs and it's no major deal, but I tend to watch the extras on the Cylon Head set when I do. The disc of 2003 Galacticon convention stuff is great with plenty of great anecdotes; hear Anne Lockhart talking about her extensive nudity in Joyride (1977) for instance.

2003?!? Has it actually been that long since it was released?Croft2014 wrote:But if (like me) you have the Cylon Head complete series DVD from 2003 then you have all of the extras sans German subs already.
I may appear unoccupied to you, but at the molecular level, I'm really quite busy.

Yeah, I remember that I had split up with my girlfriend and had moved back in with my Mum; I was at school (work) late one night for a parents evening and bit the bullet and ordered it. During the Christmas 2-week break, a card arrived through the door from customs and I had to pay an extra £15 to get it (total £87). I remember that I was due to go to a friend's house and only had an hour or two to peruse the set. Loved it, having not watched the show properly since I moved to the UK in August '83.

Just bumping this thread for those who haven't bought a Blu-ray set; see my posts above (the one which links to UK, US and German Amazon) as I've updated the prices.
