You're missing out on a treat my friend; easily one of the greatest scfi series ever created. In fact I'd go so far as to say one of the greatest TV series ever created regardless yes of genre or country. The thing is that it could not have happened without the good work put in my the 197&-80 team all those years ago. As I've said elsewhere on this forum the old series is a lot more fun, but fans should embrace both. I also recomend Caprica which is set about 50 years before the main show and tells the story of how the Cylons were created.

I'm with you, Grog.

There can only be ONE Battlestar Galactica, and for me, it's the original version.

Well, if you haven't given it a chance how can you judge?

For me, Moore used up his chance when he gave Starbuck and Boomer a sex change.

I did. I've watched it entirely (incl. "Caprica") and didn't liked it.
